Our first concert is this Tuesday, December 4!
Please arrive at 4:55 p.m., and be seated, ready to go at 5:00 p.m. Please do not be late. We have 30 minutes on stage and I want to make use of every minute!! Be sure to wear your black and whites. Please eat a light meal before your arrival. We will have water and snack break at intermission.
Schedule for 12/4
4:55 p.m. Arrive in the Band Room.
5:00 p.m. Seated and ready to warm-up.
5:15-5:45 Rehearsal on stage in auditorium.
6:00-6:45 Continue warming up and tuning (in Band Room)
6:50 p.m. Proceed to auditorium stage.
7:00 p.m. Concert begins (we're first, followed by the String Orchestra and Symphony)
7:20 p.m. Sit in auditorium to hear our String Orchestra

At the intermission, will secure our instruments in the Band Room, have a little snack break, and proceed back to the auditorium for the Symphony performance. Please do not leave early. The concert will conclude around 8:30 p.m.

Three exceptional ensembles (a full orchestra, string orchestra and wind ensemble) composed of talented middle school students from grades six through nine who receive advanced instruction and challenging music opportunities. Rehearsals for PYSO and Ensembles are held every Tuesday evening starting in September at Pasadena High School.
